Sagittarius Full Moon in Gate 34
The full moon in Sagittarius is happening on Thursday, May 23rd at 9:53 am Eastern and is activating gate 34, which is currently transiting the Earth.
The programming partner to gate 34 is gate 20, which creates the Channel of Charisma. Whenever one of these gates is activated by the Sun or the Nodes, we get the full channel activated through the transit.
Programming partners are 2 gates/ Gene Keys that are bonded together through their opposition. They are exact mirror opposites in terms of their position on the wheel and the structure of the hexagram.
Programming partners create a biofeedback loop that reinforces the themes of those 2 gates/ Gene Keys at every level of frequency (not-self/ authentic self and shadow/ gift/ siddhi).
This is why it’s so important to contemplate the programming partner of each of your gates, even if you don’t have that gate defined in your chart. To fully understand a gate or Gene Key, you must contemplate its opposite.

We just moved into Gemini season on May 20th, which means as the Sun moves through Gemini, the Earth will be moving through Sagittarius- the sign that is opposite to Gemini.
In my exploration to understand the 12 signs of the zodiac on a deeper level, I have found it helpful to contemplate each sign's relationship to its opposing sign.
The Gemini-Sagittarius axis represents the balance between knowledge and wisdom, curiosity and exploration, communication and belief systems.
Gemini, which is a mutable air sign ruled by Mercury, symbolizes curiosity, intellect, adaptability, and communication. Gemini is fascinated by gathering information, exploring ideas, and engaging in lively conversations. They are often described as the eternal students of the zodiac, always seeking new experiences and learning opportunities.
Sagittarius, a mutable fire sign ruled by Jupiter, represents expansion, optimism, adventure, and philosophy. Sagittarius seeks to find meaning and truth in the world, often through travel, exploration, and the pursuit of higher knowledge. They are the seekers and philosophers of the zodiac, driven by a deep desire to understand the universe and their place within it.
The Gemini-Sagittarius axis highlights the tension between gathering information (Gemini) and making sense of it through a broader philosophical lens (Sagittarius). Gemini is interested in the details, facts, and practical knowledge, while Sagittarius is more concerned with the bigger picture, overarching truths, and belief systems.
While the Sun is in Gemini and the Earth in Sagittarius, we have the opportunity to embrace both the details and the bigger picture, finding harmony between knowledge and understanding.
Gate 34, which goes from 00° 07' 30" - 05° 45' 00" Sagittarius is the first gate that is fully in Sagittarius (gate 14 which comes before is on the cusp of Scorpio and Sagittarius) so it can really give us an idea of what the foundation of this sign is all about.
Sagittarius is the ninth astrological sign in the zodiac and is symbolized by the Archer, often depicted as a centaur aiming a bow and arrow.
The archer symbolizes the focused aim and direction of Sagittarius individuals. Like an archer aiming an arrow at a target, Sagittarians are goal-oriented and driven by a sense of purpose. They have a clear vision of what they want to achieve and are willing to take aim and shoot for their goals with determination and precision.
Gate 34, the Gate of Power, is located in the Sacral reaching for gate 10 in the G-center, 20 in the Throat, and 57 in the Spleen. It’s one of (if not the) most powerful gates in the entire Bodygraph because of it coming out of the sacral and connecting with 3 different centers. It’s a part of the Centering Circuit (10-34) and Integration Channels (20-34 and 34-57).
This gate is the pure life-force energy that emerges naturally out of response to external stimuli. This gate is known as the gate of self-empowerment that comes through intuition (57), behavior (10), and presence (20).
Gate 34 is very independent and is unavailable through its self-absorption. This is where we can see the precision and determination of Sagittarius come through. When 34 is responding to something that brings it satisfaction, it can be a powerful force that can turn any goal or dream into a reality.
With all the life-force energy emerging from this gate, the secret is being in response rather than trying to force things to happen on your own timeline and not trusting in divine timing.
The 34th Shadow is Force, which is all about trying to push against the natural flow of life, which manifests as external resistance.
Force bypasses the intelligence that comes from within your belly and leads you into unconscious mental loops. It can manifest as self-effacing (repressive nature) where you hide from your own power or bullish where you use force to push others around.
The 34th Gift of Strength is about using your vital life force energy in the right timing and for the right purpose. This is the ability to act in harmony with natural forces, which is the true definition of strength.
Strength means that instead of using your power to try and force things to happen, your actions flow out of you without any resistance or effort. This doesn't mean that you don't exert yourself, but you move fluidly and efficiently.
Strength comes with Self-Assurance, the 20th Gift. Self- Assurance begins to dawn as you learn to let go of your mind as the authority in making decisions and begin to tune into your body.
As you begin to trust more in life and its natural rhythms, you stop interfering with the process on a mental level and stop trying to push and force things to happen.
Self-assurance emerges as you become aware of where you are living on the surface of life through being absent or hectic.
There is nothing that you can do to make this happen- only life can show you how to let go.
As a part of the Codon Ring of Destiny, the 34th represents the force of evolution. The mystery of this codon ring is whether your actions raise the frequency of your DNA and change your destiny (the view of evolution) or if a higher force outside yourself makes it possible for you to raise the frequency of your DNA (view of involution).
The truth is that Heroes and heroines are made both on Earth and in Heaven.
The 34th Siddhi is Majesty is the pure beauty of consciousness manifested in form. At the highest frequency of the 34th, everything alive is seen as majestic, even the shadows reveal their majesty.
The Archer of Sagittarius is portrayed as aiming its arrow towards the sky or the heavens. This symbolizes Sagittarius's quest for higher knowledge, truth, and wisdom. This is the power that is present within gate 34 when it responds and trusts in the flow of life.
