My name is Randi Lee and I’m a Human Design & Gene Keys Business Coach.
When I started as a business coach in early 2019, I fell into the trap of trying to be like every other business coach I saw on Instagram.
I saw other coaches releasing courses on hitting your first $10k month, so I created one as well.
I thought that in order to attract new clients, I had to show them that I could help them make money. My entire messaging was about making more money in your business….even though this isn’t what I was passionate about helping others with.
When it came to launching and releasing new offers, I did whatever I thought was the next logical step instead of listening to what my clients and audience actually needed.
This left me feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, and uninspired.
And then I started studying Human Design and applying what I was learning in my life and business.
That’s when everything started to change.
Through embodying my design, I have let go of feeling like I have to be like other coaches and fully embrace who I am.
I know how to make decisions that are in alignment and as a result, there is more bliss and flow in my business.
I understand what my unique superpowers are, and show up fully in my power.
And that’s why I am so passionate about helping other business owners create a business that highlights their unique strengths and superpowers using Human Design.
