How My Mission & Values Have Transformed

At the start of 2023, I had just come out of 6 months of deconstructing the high demand religion that I was born and raised in.  As a part of my deconstruction, I spent a lot of time studying cults and high demand groups and the tactics that they use to recruit and maintain control over their members.  

Unexpectedly, I started to witness similar patterns in the coaching industry. I began to recognize where I had used these same tactics in the past, especially in my marketing and sales.  

This realization put me on a mission to run my business differently. I wasn’t going to keep going along with the industry standards and status quo that I saw wasn’t working and was actually causing customers a lot of emotional and financial harm.  

I got really clear on what the values and mission was for my business, which helped to guide the changes that I made and how I ran my business.  

For the first time in almost 5 years of business, I started to feel like I was really living in alignment with my true self.  I was honoring my values and no longer compromising them in order to live up to someone else’s vision of success. 

One of the core values that I outlined for my business was accessibility.  I was determined to run my business in alignment with this value because I so deeply desired to get Human Design and Gene Keys into the lives of more people.  

One of the main ways I set about doing that was to lower the prices for all of my offerings. This was how I was going to fulfill my value of being accessible.

I did this without really taking into consideration my own needs or wellbeing.  I was so optimistic that if I was generous with my offerings then the universe would shower me with even more abundance. 

But that wasn’t the reality.  

The reality was that I was under-valuing my time and energy and was afraid to charge for my offerings because I didn’t want to look greedy.  

Over the past 6 months, I’ve had to really face the fear of greed.  Greed is the Shadow of my Life’s Work (Personality Sun) and IQ (Personality Venus).  

Embracing this shadow has taught me that greed isn’t something that I need to fear.  It’s here to show me that it’s necessary to take care of myself so that I can better care for my community. I cannot aspire to something greater if I cannot take care of my basic needs.

Facing this shadow made me ask if accessibility is really the answer if it comes at the cost of my own personal wellbeing and not being able to provide for myself and pay my bills. 

This is what the cost was when all I did was lower my prices to make my offerings more accessible.

Through my experience I have discovered that this is not the solution and that I can still build an ethical business while also prioritizing my personal wellbeing.

This is why I have let go of accessibility as a core value and have replaced it with building a regenerative business.

I sat down and rewrote my mission statement and the new core values that emerged from the lessons I learned from a lot of trial and error and soul searching over the past year.  

My Mission Statement:

The mission of Randi Lee Coaching is dedicated to supporting revolutionaries in navigating and embracing their unique roles and purposes in an ever-evolving world. Using Human Design, Gene Keys and Astrology as tools for liberation rather than limitation, my goal is to empower individuals to live authentically as themselves without compromise. This involves recognizing the uniqueness of each person and fostering an environment where authenticity is not only encouraged but celebrated.

I believe through having the courage to look at your own shadow instead of bypassing it, you can begin to peel back the layers of conditioning and heal generational wounds that have held you back from living fully as yourself. 

My coaching style emphasizes the embodiment of the unique gifts within each individual's design. This process enables individuals to embrace their strengths, talents, and purpose, guiding them towards a path of fulfillment and contribution. My mission extends beyond individual empowerment to envisioning a collective impact.

By helping individuals step into their unique roles, Randi Lee Coaching envisions a ripple effect, contributing to the birth of a new world characterized by equity for all beings.

The core values of my business include: 

1.) Differentiation over Dogma

This is about embracing and honoring everyone’s uniqueness instead of trying to put others in a box or creating black and white thinking. This also includes the ability to think critically, question things, and explore nuances. It is the freedom to be yourself without compromise while extending that same freedom to all beings. This looks like prioritizing individuality and authenticity over conforming and following societal norms or going along with the status quo. This extends beyond superficial acceptance, encouraging a deeper understanding and validation of each person's authentic identity. In my business this looks like tailoring instruction and guidance to meet the individual where they are at and provide support in the way that fulfills their unique needs. There is no one size fits all approach or pressure to do things the same way as someone else. 

2.) Dismantling Oppressive Systems

This value represents an active commitment to dismantling systems that perpetuate inequality and oppression. It involves advocating for fairness and justice for all individuals, irrespective of their background or identity. Acknowledging and addressing internal biases is crucial. This involves continuous self-reflection, education, and an ongoing commitment to identifying and rectifying personal biases to foster an inclusive and equitable business. It's about rejecting hierarchical structures that perpetuate power imbalances. This includes avoiding positioning myself as a guru or an all-knowing authority. It’s about empowering individuals to be their own authority instead of giving their power away to oppressive systems.

3.) Regenerative 

This core value centers on creating a business that goes beyond sustainability and actively contributes to the health and vitality of individuals, the collective, and the planet. It involves a commitment to prioritize well-being over the accumulation of wealth, overproduction and excessive consumption. Embracing a regenerative approach means fostering generosity by circulating resources rather than hoarding them. In the context of my business, this includes putting people over profit and considering the broader impact of my policies, offerings, messaging, and actions on clients, the community, and the environment.

4.) Integrity 

This is about having my words and actions be in alignment with my core values and ensuring accountability. Integrity is the unwavering commitment to honesty, transparency, and ethical conduct in all aspects of business. In my business this looks like delivering on promises, maintaining open communication, and upholding ethical standards. It also encompasses a commitment to continuous self-reflection and improvement, acknowledging and learning from mistakes, and fostering a culture of trust and reliability within my business.

5.) Open Heart & Flexible Mind 

An open heart involves cultivating empathy and compassion for others. This is about encouraging vulnerability and fostering a space where individuals feel safe expressing their true selves without fear of judgment. A flexible mind is adaptable and open to change. It involves being receptive to new ideas, perspectives, and information. This adaptability is crucial in navigating the complexities of an ever-evolving world. Flexibility in thinking allows for creative problem-solving. It means considering various solutions, thinking outside the box, and being willing to explore unconventional approaches to challenges. Together, an open heart and a flexible mind contribute to improved communication and fosters a culture of continuous learning. It encourages individuals to remain curious, embrace new experiences, and approach life with a sense of wonder and trust.

The 54th Gift is about aspiring to create lasting equilibrium in the global economy, which means moving money from places where it's not needed and just accumulated to places where there's not enough. Aspiration is about aspiring to something beyond just material wealth and accumulation. You aspire to a higher vision of prosperity that moves beyond the personal and into the communal. Aspiration is reflected in my values of being regenerative and dismantling oppressive systems.

Your Pearl is the harvest of all of your inner work and the true meaning of prosperity in your life. For me, the harvest of all of my inner work is Revolution. Revolution brings a dream to implement some form of radical social or political change. This urge to change the world comes from a deep understanding of the world and is anchored in a deep goodwill towards all creatures. The mission of my business is to support revolutionaries to discover and live out their unique role in the emergence of a new world. 

✨Power View & Desire Motivation 

I see the systems of power and control and how they disempower the collective. I see what isn’t working and where we are investing our energy that isn’t really supporting us as a whole. I also desire to be a change-agent and help lead the collective in a new direction. Power View and Desire Motivation are deeply connected to the material plane. I believe I am here to be a catalyst for change in this arena.

Gate 63 is designed to doubt and question things in order to discover the truth. The 63rd Gift of Inquiry is about remaining open without finding a definitive answer to life. It unlocks nature's secrets by examining life in detail, which is rooted in a genetic tendency to doubt and question things. Inquiry is reflected in my values of Differentiation over Dogma and Open Heart/ Flexible Mind.
